Anna Heffernan

Anna Heffernan is currently the Global PH Safety Manager at Philips, where they lead a network of safety managers globally and define safety strategies in collaboration with Quality and Regulatory teams. Previously, Anna held various roles at Philips, including Quality & Consumer Experience Manager and Complaints Officer, where they focused on complaint handling and regulatory compliance. Their experience also includes managing post-market surveillance and ensuring effective communication with customers and regulators. Anna's career began at Amsys, where they worked as a Call Control specialist from 1999 to 2004.
