Anthony Scales

Anthony Scales, CPPM, is a seasoned operations and engineering leader with over 25 years of experience in the medical devices sector. As Director of Engineering at Olympus, they managed a team of 36 while overseeing new product development, process transfers, and sustaining engineering. Currently, Anthony serves as a Director on the Big Lake Board of Education, focusing on the oversight of educational services and resource management. They hold a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a Certified Professional Project Manager designation.
