Arnoldo Herrera, Mag., is an accomplished Olympic swimmer who represented the Costa Rica National Swimming Team at the 2014 Nanjing Summer Youth Olympic Games and the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games. Transitioning from athletics to engineering, Arnoldo gained experience at Philips from July 2023 to November 2024, where roles included Manufacturing Engineer, Product Industrialization Engineer, Manufacturing Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Coordinator, Production Scheduler, ISC Early Professional, and Continuous Improvement Engineer. Education includes a Professional Magister degree from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, completed in 2023.
