Asmita Marathe

Asmita Marathe is currently a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Philips. As an Executive Assistant at Hilti Technology Solutions India, they supported senior management with administrative and secretarial functions, accumulating over 17 years of experience in team management, employee relations, and event management. Prior to this, Asmita held various executive assistant roles at companies such as TIAA, Capgemini, and Jabil, where they developed comprehensive skills in vendor management and management reporting. They earned an MBA in HR from Pune Institute of Business Management and are passionate about corporate sustainability and employee engagement.
