Aster Boas

Aster Boas is a Communication and Design strategist currently serving as the Senior Design Strategist and Co-create lead for Design front-end Innovation at Philips, where they facilitate multidisciplinary teams in bridging foresight thinking with product launch. With over 15 years of experience in marketing communication and design, Aster has worked with both business-to-business and consumer-oriented brands, including positions at Philips Consumer Electronics and Philips Lighting. They are also the owner of Boas Communications and have held various roles in communication strategy, project management, and marcom leadership. Aster holds a postgraduate degree in Behavior Change and European Public Relations from the University of Exeter and Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
