Barbara Ou

Barbara Ou is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Philips, where they oversee HR management for a consumer luminaire factory with over 1,400 employees. Previously, Barbara held various HR roles, including HR Manager for Emerging and Special Diagnostics at PerkinElmer and China HR Manager for Automotive & Aerospace Coatings at AkzoNobel.
