Bas Geus

Bas Geus has extensive experience at Philips, serving in various leadership roles since April 2003, currently as Director of Business Enablement within the IGT process & system excellence organization. Responsibilities include defining and overseeing business improvement initiatives, facilitating cross-department collaboration, and optimizing resource allocation to enhance organizational efficiency. Previous roles include Integration Leader for International Markets, Head of Business Transformation & Integration Program for Philips IGT-Devices International, and Director of Market Operations. Bas Geus has also managed sales support functions and led international project management, ensuring effective execution of large-scale projects. Prior to Philips, Bas Geus served as a Project Manager and Lecturer at Maastricht University, focusing on accounting information management. Bas Geus holds a Master's degree in International Business from Maastricht University and has completed executive education at Hult Ashridge and Ecole superieure de Commerce Grenoble.
