Bernadate Kunaka

Bernadate Kunaka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and Lean methodologies, currently serving as Director of Continuous Improvement at Philips since July 2008. In this role, Bernadate drives the implementation of Lean strategies across the end-to-end value chain, delivering impactful results aligned with Philips-wide priorities. Previous positions include Continuous Improvement Lead, E2E Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and SAP Portal Content Expert at Philips, as well as SAP Enterprise Portal Consultant at TTCS. Bernadate holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of London and an MSc in Information Systems Management from the University of Roehampton.
