Bert Scherrenburg

Bert Scherrenburg is an internal control expert with nearly two decades of experience, currently serving as the Director of Internal Control at Philips, focusing on IT SOx and automation. Bert's career includes significant roles at KPMG, where they advanced from Junior Advisor to Senior Manager between 2008 and 2022. Prior to their current position, Bert gained valuable experience as an intern at Philips Semiconductors in 2004. Bert holds a Doctorandus degree from Tilburg University and an RE qualification from TIAS NIMBAS Business School.
