Bill Chen

Bill Chen is a high-tech executive with extensive experience in strategy formulation, operational improvement, and organizational management across the consumer electronics, health-tech, and mobile telecommunication industries. They served as the Senior VP of Precision Diagnosis at Philips, where they were responsible for leading diagnostic imaging and enterprise diagnosis informatics for the Greater China region. Previously, Bill held various roles at Motorola Mobility, including General Manager for Mass Market Consumer Products, successfully achieving over USD$1 billion in revenue in two years. Bill earned a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Northeastern University.
