Carolyn Ong

Carolyn Ong has extensive experience in innovation and operations, primarily within the technology and consumer goods sectors. They began their career as a Production Engineer at Panasonic Singapore and later served as a Quality Engineer at Panasonic and a Senior Development Quality Engineer at Philips Optical Storage. Throughout their roles at Philips, including Operations Director and I&D Program Director, Carolyn focused on product industrialization and innovation. They hold an MSc in Project Management from University College Dublin and a BSc in Business Management from the University of Bradford, along with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
