Christina Gray

Christina Gray PMP has over 20 years of experience in project management and business transformation, currently serving as Chief of Staff & Head of Business Excellence at Philips since 2007. Christina leads the development of end-to-end transformation strategies for customer delivery teams in North America while previously managing multiple customer contracts at Perimeter eSecurity and overseeing large corporate contracts at Coverall Cleaning Concepts. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational and Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University. Christina's diverse expertise encompasses program management, customer support advocacy, and new product introduction processes.
