Chuck Rainey

Chuck Rainey is a confident project and process improvement professional currently engaged in finance dispute resolution for government contracting and customer tax-exempt invoicing reconciliation at Philips. With a robust background in relationship building and customer experience management, they have developed strong connections with government contracting officers and enhanced processes using lean and agile methodologies. Previously, Chuck served as the Vice President for Media Relations at the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc., where they contributed to public relations efforts on a national level. They hold a BS in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University and are pursuing a Six Sigma Greenbelt Certificate at Villanova University.
