Danielle Lavallée

Danielle Lavallée is a bilingual General Counsel and Head of Legal, Ethics and Compliance at Philips Canada, bringing over 25 years of experience across various industries, including healthcare, technology, and energy. They began their career on Bay Street, practicing energy and corporate/commercial law, before advancing to in-house roles where they led legal teams and managed complex legal matters. Previously, Danielle served as the General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Toronto Hydro, overseeing all legal aspects and corporate governance. They hold dual degrees in marketing and human resource management, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa, where they continue their education.
