Derk Reefman

Derk Reefman is a seasoned leader in R&D and general management within the medical industry, currently serving as the Sr. Director of global system engineering at Philips Computed Tomography. With a robust track record in organizational development and operational excellence, Derk has played a pivotal role in bringing pioneering innovations to market and managing large teams and budgets. Derk’s previous roles include R&D leader at Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices and department head at Philips Group Innovation, along with extensive experience as a Senior Scientist and Cluster Lead at Philips Research. Derk earned a Doctorate in Physics and Chemistry from Leiden University.
