Dick Overeem

Dick Overeem is currently the Chief Accounting Officer (SVP) at Philips, where they oversee external reporting, internal controls, and financial processes for the global health technology company. With more than 25 years of experience in finance, they have held significant roles at PwC Accountants N.V., OCI NV, and Signify, contributing to complex accounting matters and financial reporting. Overeem holds a Postdoctoral degree in Accountancy and a Master’s degree in Accountancy, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, alongside a bachelor's degree from Windesheim.
