Diego Garcia is a seasoned Software Architect Specialist and Health Informatics Researcher, currently serving as a Senior Software Architect at Philips since 2016. With software development experience beginning in 2005, Diego has specialized in Health Information Systems and has contributed to research on electronic health record interoperability. Diego holds a Master’s degree in Health Informatics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and an MBA in Project Management. As a Professor of Computer Engineering at SATC, Diego taught programming and compilers, while also engaging in privacy and data protection initiatives within the healthcare sector.
