Edwin Mooij

Edwin Mooij is the Director of Security and Privacy at Philips, where they oversee security management and privacy compliance. With a strong foundation in information security, Edwin previously served as a Senior Manager for Services Security at Philips and held consulting roles at Initium B.V. and Conventus501. Having begun their career as a Data Communication Specialist at DVA, Edwin has developed extensive expertise across various roles in ICT and security consultancy over the years. They possess multiple certifications, including Certified Lead Auditor ISO27001 and Certified Risk Manager ISO 27005, and earned a Master’s degree in Information Security Management from TIAS School for Business and Society.
