Elyse (Campbell) Gilliam, J.D., LL.M., PHR, is currently the Sr. Manager of M&A Rewards at Philips, where they lead a team and oversee various continuous improvement initiatives. With a strong background in human resources and legal analysis, they previously served as the Rewards M&A Manager at Philips and held roles in compensation and benefits at Spectranetics and Denver Compensation & Benefits, LLC. Elyse earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Belmont Abbey College, followed by a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Saint Thomas School of Law and a Master of Laws in Tax Law from the University of Denver. Having worked in the medical device industry, they possess specialized skills in total rewards and M&A activities.
