Erik Engels is currently the Group Lead Quality for Philips Grooming & OneBlade. They previously served as a Quality Project Leader at Philips Consumer Lifestyle and held the position of System Architect Product Development at Philips DAP. Early in their career, they worked as a Process Development Engineer at Philips CFT, where they developed and implemented production processes for projection lamps. Erik holds a degree in Applied Physics with a focus on Optics from Twente University.
