Esther Janssen has extensive experience in research, development, and project management within the technology and materials sectors. Starting as a research and development engineer at Bolidt from 1993 to 1995, Esther focused on water-based coatings, synthetic floors, and construction adhesives. From June 1995 to January 2012, Esther held multiple roles at Philips Applied Technologies, including development engineer and later project manager and competence leader, overseeing adhesive interconnects for various internal clients. After transitioning to Philips Lighting as a system architect from January 2011 to May 2018, Esther continued to advance in the field as a senior scientist at Signify from May 2018 until October 2024.
