Ewa Grzelak

Ewa Grzelak is an expert in communication, change management, employee engagement, and empathetic communication, with 15 years of experience in the BPO/SSC sector. Currently serving as the Communication and Change Management Manager at Philips, Ewa develops and implements engaging communication campaigns on both local and global levels. Previously, Ewa held various roles in HR, PR, and communication, wherein they created strategies and fostered employee engagement through innovative communication practices. Ewa holds a Master’s degree in English Philology and a Postgraduate degree in Public Relations from the University of Lodz, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
