Frank Han

Frank Han is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and project management across multiple technology companies. Beginning as R&D Department Manager and Technical Project Leader at Sony, Frank oversaw the development of VAIO Notebook PCs, focusing on China-specific models and technical leadership. Following a role as Development Manager at Dell, leading technical activities for new PC products, Frank transitioned to Philips Lighting as Senior Project Manager and later as Senior R&D Manager, where responsibilities included managing global LED driver programs. Currently serving as Director of Design for Excellence at Philips, Frank leads initiatives that enhance business performance in the Asia region. Frank holds a degree in Information Technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and completed a Mini MBA program at the China Europe International Business School.
