Frank Licata, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Carestream Health, following extensive experience in financial leadership roles at Xerox Corporation. Over a career spanning several years, Frank has demonstrated expertise in complex financial analyses, business intelligence, and strategic partnership with senior management. Frank has a proven track record of process improvement and successfully managing multi-million dollar projects, including divestitures and business growth initiatives. They have also held key finance positions at Future Electronics and Philips, and are pursuing degrees in International Business & Economics and an MBA with a focus on Finance. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Frank continually seeks innovative approaches to enhance financial performance.
