Frank Sample

Frank Sample is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and business management. Currently serving as President of Sea Colony Homeowners Association since January 2014, Frank has held key leadership roles at Philips Medical Systems since 2001, where the position of Vice President and General Manager is held. Previous executive roles include Vice President and General Manager at PMI from 2008 to December 2010, and CEO positions at VISICU and Philips VISICU from 2001 to 2010. Frank also served as Chairman and CEO of VitalCom from 1997 to 2001, as well as Executive Vice President at IDX in 1997, and CEO of PHAMIS, Inc. from 1990 to 1997. Frank's career commenced at Service Bureau as Branch Manager in Chicago from 1972 to 1982. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
