Ger Janssen

Ger Janssen is currently the AI Ethics & Compliance Lead at Philips, where they guide businesses in designing and deploying responsible AI solutions. With extensive experience in R&D management, they have led large research departments and agile teams focused on digital twin technology, AI governance, and clinical innovation. Ger's academic background includes a PhD and MSc in Applied Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology, as well as leadership training from the Perikles Leadership program. They have previously held various influential roles at Philips and served as a Postdoctoral researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology.
