Gil Naranjo

Gil Naranjo is a Senior Project and Program Management executive with over 25 years of experience in the High-Tech and Telco industries. Currently serving as a SAFe Release Train Engineer at Philips, Gil leads a globally distributed Agile Release Train, focusing on delivering AI/ML-enabled medical device software. Previously, at Millicom International Cellular, Gil directed a team of 300 colleagues across nine countries, resulting in significant financial impacts and efficiency gains. Gil has also held key positions at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where they successfully managed multimillion-dollar telecom portfolios and established technical support initiatives. Gil holds a degree from The University of Dallas and is bilingual in Spanish and English.
