Haim Marom has over 30 years of experience in engineering and quality and reliability (Q&R). They have held various leadership roles, including Product Engineering and Quality & Reliability Manager at Freescale Semiconductor Inc. from 1999 to 2009 and Lead Design Quality Assurance at Philips since 2017. Marom also worked as a Senior Quality Consultant at Physio-logic Ltd. from 2012 to 2016 and as a Product Engineering & Reliability Leader at Intel Corporation from 1982 to 1999. During their tenure at Freescale Semiconductor from 2009 to 2012, they established and implemented a Quality Management System to drive continuous improvement.
