Hans Dijkman is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Signify, having previously held various HR management positions at Royal Philips Electronics, including Area HR Manager for Benelux and Senior Executive HR for global operations in Philips Lighting. Dijkman also worked as a Senior Consultant in Management Development and labor relations across multiple divisions within Philips from 1990 to 2006. Dijkman earned a Master of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1978 to 1985.
