Harald Joos is the Head of Procurement Global Business Services at Philips, where they design and implement procurement process standardization across various hubs while driving supplier performance and risk management. With extensive experience in purchasing and supply chain management, Harald has held leadership roles in organizations such as Philips Consumer Lifestyle and Philips Healthtech, overseeing global teams and managing sourcing strategies. Before joining Philips, Harald served as a Financial Controller and Commercial Director at Metallguss Katz Ges.m.b.H. They hold a Dipl. Ing. in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management from Technische Universität Graz.
