Heather Dawson

Heather Dawson is an experienced healthcare leader with a robust background in laboratory services and business systems. Currently serving as the PMO Leader and Director of Services and Business Systems Platforms for Sleep & Respiratory Care at Philips since February 2021, Heather has previously held significant roles at Allina Health from February 2001 to February 2021, including Vice President of Laboratory Services where oversight extended to 1,000 employees across multiple laboratory locations. In addition to leading the final phase of an enterprise-wide laboratory information system launch as Laboratory Director for Optimization & Technology, Heather has advanced through various roles in laboratory management, demonstrating a strong commitment to clinical optimization and cost-control initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Valley Health System. Education credentials include an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Kean University.
