Ian Howard has extensive experience in the healthcare technology field, having worked as a Field Service Technician at Smiths Heimann from 2000 to 2003 and later as a Healthcare Informatics Engineer at Agfa Healthcare from 2003 to 2008. From 2008 to 2019, Ian served as a Field Engineer in Interventional Radiology at Philips Healthcare, providing comprehensive technical support in medical imaging. Currently, Ian is the Technical Lead for APAC within the Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics division at Philips, where they lead technical implementations and support for healthcare IT solutions. Ian also has a background as an Engineering Apprentice at Qantas and has completed studies in Avionics at TAFE NSW Higher Education.
