Jenny Fleming

Jenny Fleming has extensive experience in respiratory nursing and healthcare management, with a career spanning over two decades. Jenny began as a Junior Staff Nurse at Royal Hallamshire Hospital, followed by roles at Countess of Chester Hospital where responsibilities included serving as a Respiratory Nurse Specialist and a Staff Nurse. Subsequently, Jenny served as a Respiratory Specialist Advisor at Boston Scientific, focusing on training and patient referral pathway development across the UK and Europe. Jenny's leadership skills were further showcased at National Services for Health Improvement as a Specialist Nurse Manager, overseeing a successful respiratory team. Most recently, Jenny held the position of Service Implementation Lead at Bionical Solutions and is currently an Account Manager at Philips. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Nursing Studies from The University of Sheffield.
