Jeroen Hendrix has extensive experience in innovation management and technical communications, beginning as a Technical Communications Manager at Triple P/Mediasystems (1996-1998), where involvement in product development for healthcare software solutions was pivotal. Following that, a decade at Sopheon (1998-2008) as a Senior Business Consultant focused on designing and deploying integrated innovation management frameworks for clients. Jeroen Hendrix transitioned to Philips in various roles from 2013, including Director and Senior Consultant within the Industry Consulting team, and currently serves as Business Process Owner for Innovation & Product Portfolio Management and Global Program Manager. Additional engagements include membership in the program committee of PDMA.NL (2010-2014) and leading Innovation & Product Development for Accenture in the Benelux (2009-2013). Jeroen Hendrix holds an MA in Linguistics and Communication from Universiteit Utrecht, an MBA from Business School Nederland, and participated as an Erasmus Exchange Student at the University of Cambridge.
