Jim Ehlen, MD, is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience in various roles across the industry. Ehlen founded and served as President/Co-CEO at Allina Health System from January 1994 to December 1999, after which a tenure as Chief of Clinical Innovation at Humana followed until December 2003. Ehlen has held the position of Chief Medical Liaison for Respiratory Care at Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care since April 2018, while also acting as an Interim Senior Leader in health care consulting from January 2003 to September 2008. As CEO and Chairman of Medica Health Plan from January 1989 to December 1994, Ehlen established a distinguished record in healthcare management. Currently, Ehlen serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at RespirTech, a company dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for patients with chronic respiratory conditions.
