Joe Pendergast

Joe Pendergast is the Director of Real Estate Transactions & Energy, Americas at Philips, where they focus on executing strategy to create value and building relationships in procurement, energy, and real estate. Previously, Joe served as the Energy Supply Program Manager at Harvard University, where they procured electricity and natural gas for the campus while engaging in renewable energy initiatives. Their experience also includes various leadership roles at Philips, managing significant facilities management procurement and energy sourcing projects, including reducing carbon footprints through innovative procurement strategies. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University.
