Joël MARIAS is the founder and managing director of Marias Consulting, a consulting firm established in 2012 that focuses on office real estate and the work environment, including enterprise services and facility management. They supervise projects in corporate real estate and the work environment and provide professional training. They earned a DUT in business, management, marketing and related support services from IUT Administration des Entreprises et des Collectivités Publiques, Rennes (1969–1971).
