Johan van Erp

Johan van Erp is the Global Head of Finance for the Oral Health Care Business Unit at Philips. They previously held several key finance roles at Philips, including Senior Director of finance project management and CFO for the Nordics. Johan began their career with internships at Philips and Akzo Nobel and gained extensive experience as a Finance Director and Controller in various capacities within Philips Consumer Lifestyle. They hold an International Executive Master of Finance and Control and a Master’s in Financial Management from Tilburg University, along with a Bachelor in Business Studies from Universiteit Maastricht.
