John Thompson

John Thompson is a Senior Moulding Engineer at Philips, specializing in tooling and processing of thermoplastics and liquid silicone rubber (LSR). With a career that began as an Apprentice Toolmaker at Addis, they have accumulated extensive experience in project management and advanced manufacturing technologies. Throughout their tenure at Philips, which spans over a decade, John has focused on developing innovative tooling and moulding technologies while leading cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and maintain high-quality standards. John completed G.C.S.E’s at Castle Manor High School before advancing into the engineering field.
