Jonathan Coles

Jonathan Coles has over 25 years of experience in human resources, primarily with Philips since November 1997, where current roles include People Business Partner for the UKI, Nordics, and Region Europe, leading various HR teams and international projects. Previous positions at Philips encompassed HR focus areas such as talent management, performance management, cultural change, and business strategy across Europe. Earlier experience includes a role as Training Assistant at Woolwich Building Society, supporting training design and delivery during an industrial placement. Jonathan Coles holds a BA in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich.
