Account Manager

Kane Calmes has extensive experience in account management and service coordination, currently serving as an Account Manager at Philips since January 2012, where responsibilities include accelerating customer escalation processes and enhancing the customer experience. Prior to this role, Kane worked at Yellow Roadway Corporation (YRC) from September 2007 to January 2012 as a Service Coordinator, focusing on ensuring production objectives related to safety, quality, and cost. Kane's leadership experience also includes serving in various capacities within the US Army from 2001 to 2007, including Deputy Commanding Officer of the Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leader Course, and as Air Operation Officer for a battalion training approximately 3,000 students annually. Kane holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Louisiana State University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
