Karin Sionov

Karin Sionov is a Product Owner at Philips, where they currently lead and facilitate a multidisciplinary team of software developers and QA engineers in the medical software field. Previously, Karin worked as a QA Engineer, where they were responsible for designing verification processes and ensuring quality delivery in an agile environment. They also served as a Scrum Master and QA Tech Lead, managing day-to-day operations of a cross-functional team. Karin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Management at Bar-Ilan University, focusing on leadership, project management, and R&D. In academia, Karin led a team in an international synthetic biology competition, resulting in a win for Best Software.
