Kasey Catt

Kasey Catt is a Sr. Biological Safety Engineer at Philips, where they previously held the positions of Biological Safety Engineering Manager and Sr. Biological Safety Engineer. Kasey earned their PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where they were a PhD student in the NTE Lab from 2010 to 2016. They co-founded Interphase Materials and served as CTO while also working as an R&D Engineer III at Calgon Carbon Corporation from 2021 to 2022. Prior to their extensive work in engineering, Kasey gained experience as a Production Associate at Wigle Whiskey Distillery from 2019 to 2021 and completed their undergraduate studies with a BS in Bioengineering from Penn State University in 2010.
