Keren Razon

Keren Razon is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Lead at Philips, where they lead multinational teams and implement global strategies to enhance the candidate experience and promote diversity in hiring. They began their career as a recruiter at Clal Insurance before advancing through various talent acquisition roles. Keren holds an M.B.A. in Business Management from Ha'Universita Ha'Petuha and is currently pursuing a B.A. in Human Services and Communication at the University of Haifa.
