Ketan Raval is a seasoned healthcare professional with a robust background in sales, service, marketing, and operations. Currently serving as the Global Business Development, Marketing & Innovation Head for IGTS MOS CS at Philips since 2020, Ketan oversees global service P&L, business development, and customer experience strategies. Previously, from 1998 to 2010, Ketan held the role of Regional Field Service Manager at Philips, managing service operations for the western zone.
