Kevin Bussing has held various roles in quality and engineering at Philips from 2025 to 2021, including positions as Director of Quality Programs and Senior Quality Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Altria from 2010 to 2011 as a Chemical Engineer, providing solutions in the Expanded Tobacco facility and supporting advanced flavor development. They also served as a Facility Engineer and Manager of Product Development, overseeing capital projects and integrating product solutions. Kevin is currently pursuing a B.S. in Chemical and Life Science Engineering and a Master of Product Innovation at Virginia Commonwealth University.
