Len Dikker

Len Dikker has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, having held significant roles at companies such as SONY and Philips. From 2003 to 2006, Dikker served as General Manager at SONY Logistics Europe, where they focused on operations and program management. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Europe Combined Terminals, overseeing the startup of the first fully automated container handling terminal. Dikker also led warehousing and distribution functions for Philips across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East & Africa from 2012 to 2020. They earned a Master's degree in Transport & Logistics Management from Tilburg University and completed a Management Development Program at IMD in 2002.
