Liang Shen

Liang Shen is the R&D Senior PMO Manager at Philips Ultrasound, where they lead the PMO team in developing advanced medical devices. Prior to this, Liang worked as a Project Manager and engineer at Agilent Technologies, focusing on manufacturing and engineering projects. They hold a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and are a certified PMP. Liang's extensive experience encompasses project management, production engineering, and quality assurance within highly technical environments.
