Lim Kiat San is currently the Head of Commercial Operations Indonesia at Philips, a position held since 2023. Previously, Lim served as the Supply Chain Management & Operations Excellence Manager at Philips from 2018 to 2023, where they led teams in planning and executing supply chain operations. Earlier, Lim held the role of Product Engineering Manager at Schneider Electric from 2012 to 2014, and was an Operation Manager at Powerwell Sdn Bhd from 2010 to 2012. Lim completed a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 1996 to 1999.
