Lindy Sims

Lindy Sims is a strategic, people-centered leader currently serving as the Director of Quality Compliance Learning at Philips, where they drive the Global Quality Compliance Learning LMS Administration strategy and manage learning activities for over 80,000 learners. Previously, Lindy held various roles at Philips, including Sr. Manager of Service Programs, where they led initiatives to improve customer experience across North America, and Sr. Manager of Quality Compliance Learning Administration, establishing a team of global LMS administrators. Lindy has demonstrated a consistent commitment to training compliance and customer satisfaction throughout their career. They are currently pursuing education at Trevecca Nazarene University.
